I can officially say we are ready for Christmas at my house. We are still snacking on the roughly 357 pounds of baked goods that came out of the great Christmas baking weekend two weeks ago, and today? I wrapped all the presents. It took three and a half hours, and it is one of my favorite Christmas jobs. The paper is pretty, I successfully hoarded three rolls of tape, and I found my good scissors. You know, the ones that you make one clip at the edge of the paper and slide them all the way to the end of the roll? Yep, that’s one of my favorite noises too. So, job done, time to light the fire, mix a toddy and curl up with a good Christmas book. Any recommendations?❄️
